About the service
Live means there is no second attempt, so the entire package is built around redundancy. Two of everything that can fail, and a rehearsal before the doors open.
What is included
- Studio setup. A professional-grade studio environment with cameras, lighting, sound and streaming technology configured for the specific show.
- Technical crew. A director, a vision mixer, an audio engineer and a stream operator watching the encoder for the whole broadcast.
- Customization. Branding, lower thirds, custom graphics and tailored layouts, built to your identity rather than a template.
- Live editing. Camera cuts, graphics and audio levels handled in real time so the stream looks finished as it goes out.
Redundancy, specifically
- Two encoders running in parallel to separate endpoints.
- Bonded connectivity — fixed line plus two cellular modems.
- Independent local recording on every camera, so a total stream failure still leaves you with a full-quality master.
Every stream we run is rehearsed end to end the day before, including the failure modes. We have used the backup path twice in four years, and both times nobody watching noticed.
What you receive
The live stream itself, a recorded master at full quality, per-camera isolated recordings, and a lightly edited version for on-demand publishing.
